Celina was born and raised in Edmonton. She obtained her Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 2010. In 2014, she graduated from the University of Alberta law school and was admitted to the bar in 2015.

Celina maintains a broad litigation practice focusing on insurance defence and administrative law. She has successfully appeared before the Provincial Court and Court of King’s Bench. She has experience representing parties before various administrative tribunals and statutory appeal panels including, the AGLC and the WCB Appeals Commission.

She is the current Chair of the Canadian Bar Association - Insurance Law Section (north).
