Lynda was born and raised in Nigeria. Obtained her LL.B from the University of Lagos in 2007. Admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2008.

Admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2022.

Joined the firm in 2022.

Has been a senior counsel in Nigeria and appeared at all levels of court up to and including the Court of Appeal, Lagos. Has participated in Mediations, Arbitrations and has appeared before the Provincial Court and the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta.
